Using ChatGPT (I'm not programmer) and a couple of evenings of trial and error, I landed up compiling a new srr.exe that will run under Windows Server 2019 & Python 3.13. I think the existing srr.exe's available need to be updated. srs.exe however isn't running under my current set up. I've yet to figure that out (rainy day project) with the help of ChatGPT.

Ironically, I can run the copy of srrGUI that I had beforehand perfectly fine on my home office system (Windows 11, python 3.13) with the older srr.exe & srs.exe (circa 2019/20). So I'm still scratching my head on this one…

Were you ever able to sort out this issue? I had it working under Windows Server Standard 2019 until about a month ago when I had to re-do my OS drive. Since then, I've gotten this exit code and haven't been able to figure out what the issue is.

https://postimg.cc/Jy1s3Y1Q (proof of errror code in srrGUI)

That's odd; this is the error code I get when trying to use any of the four processes listed on the srrGUI. I also forgot to mention I also get the error code 0xc000007b from srr.exe. I know it's supposed to be some issue with 32/64 bit incompaitbility with vcruntime. Followed the troubleshooting steps from previous post about this and still getting error code.

By the way, has this been tested on windows 11?

I have no idea. It's not an exit code of pyReScene.

What were you trying to do?
