It means no moderator has looked at it to confirm the srr.
Based on uploader (automated or not) I had a quick look at the release names and batch confirmed them all.
The smaller uploaders were left and those uploads were looked at a bit more closely to remove any crap uploads.
The confirm script halted at broken SRRs. Some large music releases took a while to get fixed and so no batch confirms for a long time.
Then Skalman set all SRRs as confirmed in the database.
Ideally the old state should be set back and usage of the feature resumed.
The confirmed status should not be visible to everyone, since it's even confusing for the admin that created the feature :)
