Releases not using media sub-directories e.g. rld-foobar1.rar > CD1/rld-foobar1.rar

There are quiet a few releases having multiple sfv files but not using media sub-directories for rar parts even though the sfv files do.
e.g. rld-foobar1.rar > CD1/rld-foobar1.rar

I use this code to fix this type of inconsistency for my local data.
